A lot of consideration has gone in to the design of our bamboo toothbrushes, consulting dentists, family and friends. The toothbrush is made from 100% biodegradable Moso Bamboo and PBT bristles. Although we would love to have a fully biodegradable toothbrush, it ultimately needs to effectively clean your teeth. We chose PBT bristles as they absorb less water than nylon bristles resulting in less bacterial growth. The tapered bristles will help get into the hard to reach areas between the teeth. The round handle not only looks good but also gives you a comfortable grip when in use. The bottom is paint dipped in nontoxic eco-friendly paint to help differentiate between the brushes and to seal the bamboo from absorbing water - again making it more hygienic

At the end of their life cycle, take off the bristles by pulling it off or cutting off the top part before chucking them on the compost heap and watch the flowers grow!
