All users of this website must agree to the following Terms and Conditions (Incl. RETURNS policy) before purchasing from this website.
Isabellemargaritahome.com reserves the right to make changes / additions to website content, product information, prices and delivery information without notice. All product prices include VAT where applicable in accordance with current Republic of Ireland VAT rates. All item(s) remain the property of Isabellemargaritahome.com until full payment has been received. Isabellemargaritahome.com are not responsible for delays to deliveries carried out by third parties. The Shipping and Delivery times specified on our website are in accordance with information provided by our third party shipping partners and may vary.
Isabellemargaritahome.com have made all reasonable effort to ensure that all photographs accurately reflect the item being sold, however, item colours may vary depending on the quality and spec of different monitors or screen sizes. Items used for photographic enhancements such as plants and flowers etc. are used for display purposes only and may not be included as part of the purchased item(s). Only the items specified in the ‘What’s in the Box’ description are included with the purchase.
Free delivery on all orders within Ireland over 50 EUR. Orders below 50 EUR are charged at a flat rate of 6 EUR within Ireland. Delivery outside of Ireland is calculated at checkout.
We also offer a free Click & Collect service in Tipperary & Galway. Please select Click & Collect at check out.
For Galway collections, please email us to confirm.
We understand that everyone can change their mind. If you decide that you no longer need one of our beautiful bundles, we are happy to refund the product price (minus the delivery cost), as long as the product is returned to us unused and in resalable condition, in its original packaging and undamaged within 30 days. If you do decide to return an item to us, please get in touch and let us know it's on its way back.
Please Note: We highly recommend returning any items via a registered, tracked postal service as Isabelle Margarita Home cannot be held responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Customer assumes full responsibility for returning the items including any shipping costs incurred.
We personally inspect every bundle that is sent, so in the unlikely event that you receive something that isn't working the way it should - please just get in touch with us. In the event that you have received your items damaged or with a fault, we will endeavour to replace the items for you. If this is not possible or the items are no longer available then a full refund will be offered. We will do everything we can to rectify any issues as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. If something has gone wrong, a picture or video will really help us to resolve it quickly.
Please note: This does not include damage or faults caused by misuse of the item(s) or failure to follow correct washing and care instructions.
Isabelle Margarita Home accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses, costs or expenses of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, which arise from the use of this service, and/or from the use of any products purchased. Our products are not toys and are not suitable for children to use unsupervised due to their nature and may contain small parts.
All customer information such as name, address and email information is collected for the purpose of order processing and will under no circumstances be released to third party sources except when required to complete transactions (i.e. delivery partners/ couriers). Isabelle Margarita Home employees do not collect, store or have access to customer credit card or financial information. All credit card transactions are handled by encrypted merchant services for the purpose of using this website. Isabelle Margarita Home is not responsible for personal loss, damage or misuse of this service.
